Classes & Scheduling
List a class that's hosted on another website
Not every class needs to run through Classy checkout. If a partner venue, gym, or third-party platform already handles registration for a class, you can still list it on your public page — Classy just points "More Info" at your own link instead of running a booking flow for it. That way your full schedule stays in one place for customers, even when some sessions are booked elsewhere.
Turn on external hosting for a class
- Open the class from your dashboard and expand its Pricing section.
- Toggle on Hosted on an external site.
- Paste the full registration URL — including https:// — into the Registration link field that appears.
- Save the class. It's now marked as externally hosted.
What happens when you turn this on
- The class still appears on your public page, in embeds, and in search — it's fully listed, just not bookable through Classy.
- Instead of a checkout button, visitors see a button that sends them straight to your registration link on the other site.
- Classy doesn't track seats, waitlist position, or minimum registrations for this class — the other platform is responsible for all of that.
- Guest-email requirements, capacity limits, and other Classy registration rules don't apply, since Classy isn't running the sign-up.
Good to know
- You can turn this off at any time — switch off Hosted on an external site and the class goes back to normal Classy checkout (capacity, pricing, and the rest of your setup still apply once it's off).
- Because Classy isn't processing payment for these classes, they won't show up in your Classy payments, refunds, or attendee lists — manage those on the platform where you're actually taking registrations.
- Use a full, direct link to the exact registration page for that class, not a general homepage — it saves the customer a click and avoids confusion.
